With a detail-oriented and client-focused approach, AnaPatricia works closely with developers, lenders, landlords, and business owners to help navigate them through the process of structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing real estate transactions. She is committed to helping clients achieve their business objectives in an efficient and economic manner.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on drafting and negotiating commercial leases, conducting comprehensive title commitment and survey reviews, and preparing and reviewing documentation related to real estate financing. She also advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real property, including industrial warehouses, office buildings and shopping centers.

A proud Longhorn, AnaPatricia completed both her undergraduate and legal education at the University of Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. Her strong Texas roots and deep understanding of the local real estate market enable her to serve clients with insight and dedication.

Outside of her practice, AnaPatricia enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, and visiting art museums. She is also fluent in Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with and serve a diverse range of clients.
