Hirsch & Westheimer, P.C. seeks to immediately hire a Commercial Litigation Attorney

Requirements:

  • Must be Licensed in the Sate of Texas.
  • Must have at least 5-10 years or more of experience.
  • Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket, from answering the lawsuit through trial, in both federal and state courts. Banking and/or bankruptcy experience with emphasis on the creditor side is a plus, but is not required.
  • Portable business is not required.
