Anna devotes her practice to an array of civil and commercial litigation matters.

Her current practice focuses primarily on representing individuals, businesses and corporations in a broad range of contractual disputes, such as construction, real estate, mechanic’s and materialmen’s liens, as well as trade secrets and oil and gas. Anna diligently assesses the legal risks and optimal resolution for a wide variety of business concerns for each client.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna managed and operated her own restaurant here in Houston. Being raised in her family’s business, Anna can relate to her clients and their challenges when starting a new business venture. “My family has been serving Houston’s dynamic dining scene for over 40 years. Through the years, I became very involved in the restaurant, and as a result have also learned much about the real estate industry and the legal implications of operating a challenging business. I have been dedicated to serving similar types of clients ever since.” Through this unique experience, Anna fine-tuned her skills in management, negotiation, communication, and efficiency. She has built a reputation for being personable and persistent when working with people on both sides of the table.

Outside the office, Anna enjoys dining out locally in, what she considers, the culinary capital of the world, and traveling the globe with her husband and four kids.

Anna earned her B.A. from the University of Houston in 2003 and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2023. While in law school, she was an oral advocate, appellate brief writer, and competitor for the Advocacy Program and Frank Evans Alternative Dispute Resolution Center. She was a student advisor for the Dean’s Advisory Board and Student Retention Committee as well as the president of two student organizations—Women’s Law Society and Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Anna was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship award and recognized on the Dean’s List for her academic achievements. Upon graduation, Anna was honored with the Dean’s Citizenship Award, Outstanding Female Graduate Award, Pro Bono Honors Program Certificate, and the SBA President’s Award. Anna was also inducted in the National Order of Barristers and National Order of Scribes for excellence in courtroom advocacy and legal writing.

Combined with her business acumen, Anna’s exposure to various types of leadership positions and interactions strengthens her trade as an attorney, particularly when resolving contract disputes and advocating for a win with her clients’ best interests in mind.
