Our M&A Group is equipped to handle matters ranging from complicated hundred million dollar transactions to the sale of a locally owned family business.
We speak the language of business and our primary objective is to maximize and facilitate each client’s business opportunities and growth. In addition to due diligence and risk analysis, we provide industry-specific guidance to our clients and regularly collaborate with the firm’s other practice groups to ensure an efficient transaction. To ensure the efficiency of that transaction, our M&A group drafts and negotiates key documents, including purchase and sale agreements, internal owner agreements, intellectual property protection, executive compensation arrangements, disclosure requirements and non-competition covenants.
