Bradley E. Rauch received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1985. Since joining the firm, Brad has concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate, business association, and commercial and real estate lending. He has principally been involved in the negotiation and documentation of loans for real estate acquisitions, construction of apartments, shopping centers, hotels and other commercial facilities, working capital lines and other commercial needs for various national banks, savings and loans, and insurance companies.
Brad has considerable experience in the negotiation and preparation of shopping center leases, ground leases, brokerage and management contracts, easement agreements, restrictive covenants (both commercial and residential), partnership agreements, shareholder's agreements, and a variety of licenses and other agreements related directly or indirectly to real estate use and development. He speaks Spanish and represents various Mexican clients in a wide variety of business matters in Texas. Brad also assists the firm's existing clients in doing business in Mexico.
