Brad Rauch and Michael Wilk represented Cyrmi Corporation and its shareholders in a merger between Cyrmi Corporation and its related subsidiaries with a subsidiary of Tradestar Services, Inc. The consideration for the merger was composed of $2 million in cash, $3,750,000 in 10% secured notes and $12,540,000 shares of stock of Tradestar Services, Inc. Cyrmi Corporation and its subsidiaries own oil and gas properties in Texas and Louisiana and provide staffing services to the oil and gas industry. For more information on the merger click here.
