Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Must be licensed in the State of Texas.
  • Must have at least 5-7 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket in both federal and state courts.
  • Experience with oil and gas, labor and employment and business disputes a plus.
  • Strong research and persuasive writing skills are a must, including drafting motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
  • Graduated from an accredited law school with superior academic performance (at least two of the following: Tier 1 law school, top 25% and/or journal).

Our Firm is in search of an associate attorney for an Estate Planning and Probate. We are accepting applications from attorneys with 2-5 years’ experience. Attorney candidates should have experience in drafting wills and trust agreements and in preparation of gift and estate tax returns, and should have an understanding of limited partnerships and limited liability companies in family transition planning as well as probate experience. Special consideration will be given to candidates with a CPA, MBA or LLM in tax. This is a good opportunity to join a growing practice group at an established Houston firm. Expect strong mentorship, practical experience, and the opportunity to build your own practice.
