Dynamic and competitive, Saad is a civil litigator.
Saad is a native Texan, having been born in Galveston and raised in Houston. He is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where he earned multiple Dean’s List honors. Before law school, Saad graduated from the University of Houston cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on the energy industry.
While in law school, he served as a Footnotes Editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal, and before that, as an Associate Editor of the Texas Journal of Business Law. Saad also interned at the Harris County District Clerk’s Office, where he learned firsthand about civil litigation, but from the other side of the bar.
Since joining Hirsch & Westheimer, Saad has collaborated with the head of the litigation group in a variety of complex litigation matters, including “bet the company” disputes involving allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
Outside of the office, Saad enjoys fitness, traveling, and keeping up with his favorite sports team, the Houston Rockets.
He fluently speaks Urdu and Hindi.
